Gerotor Design Studio Version 2.0 is a unique, fully featured CAD/ CAM solution to the difficult task of designing, analysing and manufacturing gerotor pumping elements. These pumping elements are used in many types of fluid transfer and hydraulic power applications across the World as they offer significant benefits over traditional 'spur gear' type pumps.
GDS will assist you in the design and / or manufacture of your own gerotor pumping elements. It will allow you to create 'one-off' gerotor sets for use in testing or prototype manufacture and will also allow you to produce the information required to make production tooling. You will be able to analyse the performance of your pump right on the desktop, allowing you to make the necessary changes to get the flow / pressure characteristics you desire. Detailed performance results in .txt and graphical formats can be produced within the software.
